About the project

VOICE supports the social inclusion and professional integration of Ukrainian refugees living in European Union countries. The project promotes vocational upskilling and reskilling, helping participants develop the knowledge and competences needed to access education, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Through an innovative e-learning platform, VOICE provides high-quality training resources focused on employability, digital entrepreneurship, digital skills, soft skills, and social innovation. The project builds on the successful results of previous Erasmus+ initiatives by adapting and updating proven training materials to meet the current needs of Ukrainian refugees and host communities.

VOICE also promotes collaboration and intercultural dialogue by piloting training activities with mixed groups of participants, encouraging integration, active participation, and mutual learning. Continuous evaluation and impact assessment ensure that the project’s resources are practical, relevant, and sustainable, contributing to stronger, more inclusive, and resilient European communities.

Project Results

• Mapping & Needs Assessment Reports, including national reports for Spain, Poland, and Italy, an EU Report, and an Aggregated Report analysing the needs and challenges faced by Ukrainian refugees.
• Skills Gap Matrix identifying key competences required for labour market integration.
• Skills Gap Snapshot providing an overview of existing and emerging skills needs.
• Repository of Social Innovation Initiatives, featuring 46 good practices adopted across Europe to foster social inclusion and innovation.
• 13 multilingual training modules available in English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Ukrainian, covering employability, digital entrepreneurship, soft skills, and social innovation.
• An Open Educational Resources (OER) Platform providing free access to all training materials, including online courses, downloadable Word and PowerPoint versions, self-assessment quizzes, and certificates of completion for learners who successfully complete the assessments.
• Gamification solutions integrated into the OER Platform to enhance learner engagement and motivation.
• Mutual Learning Lessons Learned and Best Practices Reports documenting the project’s implementation experience and key recommendations.
• Guidelines for Future Use to ensure the long-term sustainability and exploitation of the project results.
• Implementation Package for Further Uptake and Transfer, enabling organisations across Europe to replicate and adapt the VOICE methodology and resources.
